The download.rar file was smaller than expected, no computer needed, and there were no sign-up forms or numbers to call in order to get the software--just a folder labeled with the title of the program. This is a great software package for people who want instant printing from their computers without having to download any additional drivers or programs. In fact, when I tried opening it on my Mac I got an error code saying that "the application is not responding." Before I knew what was happening, a message popped up telling me that my Epson printer has been disconnected and recommending me how to connect again. I connected the printer once again, and was connected successfully. The instructions were easy to follow and the program worked perfectly. After that, I could print photos easily without any problem or complication. This is one good solution for people who want to print photos quickly at home without worrying about all the hassles of printing with Mac computers.
Once you download it you can reset your printer with out problems...... ...... ....... ........

The printer doesn't recognize this software when I try to install it to my computer or do anything with the software besides opening the folder, but after installing it to my computer I can print photos just fine....
My Epson Stylus CX5400 says "Print head alignment failed", and despite all the stuff I've tried, I can't get anything to fix it. This program fixed it in about 20 seconds. THANKS!!! (14/03/2012)
